Refund policy

1. Our Commitment

We want you to love what you buy. If something doesn’t meet what was promised, we’ll exchange it.

2. Return Window

You have 30 days from receiving your item to:

• Exchange it for a different size/style.

• Request a refund (minus shipping costs, except in cases of manufacturing defects).

3. Return Requirements

To qualify:

• The item must be unused.

• It must be in original condition with tags attached.

• It must include the original packaging.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Custom-made / personalized products.

• Items damaged due to misuse.

• Gift cards.

5. Return Process

1. Request a return at hello@morehumanshop.com with your order number.

2. We’ll send you instructions and the return address.

3. Pack the item securely and ship it.

4. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue the refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping, except in cases of defective products.
