Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options. Estimated delivery time starts once your order has been processed:

Important: Delivery estimates do not include processing time.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order weight, shipping address, and selected shipping method.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to check the status.

5. International Shipping

Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to duties, import taxes, or customs fees determined by the authorities in each country. The customer is responsible for paying these charges.

6. Lost / Damaged Orders

If your order doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged:

  1. Email us at hello@morehumanshop.com

  2. Include your order number and photo evidence (if applicable).

  3. We’ll review your case and provide a solution within 48–72 hours.
